Danielle Dubois is an Associate at Myers LLP, practicing primarily in Indigenous Legal Services and Civil Litigation. She joined Myers LLP in 2025.
From 2019 through 2025, Danielle practiced civil litigation at the Department of Justice Canada, primarily focusing on matters affecting Canada’s Indigenous Peoples. Danielle is experienced in Aboriginal and treaty rights issues, Specific Claims, land entitlements, negotiations of claims, environmental law and construction law.
In 2024, Danielle was seconded for a year to work as legal research counsel at the Manitoba Court of Appeal. She worked closely with judges to analyze and research a broad variety of legal issues at Manitoba’s highest court.
Before joining the Department of Justice, Danielle worked at a large regional law firm, where she gained further insights into administrative law, environmental law, real estate and construction law.
Danielle has appeared before the Provincial Court of Manitoba, the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench, the Manitoba Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the Tax Court of Canada and administrative bodies including the Land Value Appraisal Commission.
Danielle strives to produce high-quality work, develop innovative legal solutions, and build meaningful client relationships on a foundation of trust.
