Michael Merner is an Associate at Myers LLP specializing in labour and employment law.
Michael has appeared before various courts and tribunals, including grievance arbitrators, unjust dismissal adjudicators, the Manitoba Labour Board, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Manitoba Court of Appeal.
An active member of the Winnipeg community, Michael currently volunteers with the United Way, serving on the organizing committee for the annual United Way Golf Tournament.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys playing and coaching sports, and spending time with his family.
